TLC Group works across many sectors and we have a particular expertise in residential, commercial, localised healthcare projects and retail.
As an organisation we employ a wealth of dedicated professionals and have a robust supply chain that have worked with us for many years. THE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR Will:
Ensure processes and procedures are followed for a safe, timely and quality driven delivery. Provide support and direction throughout the project.
Proactively monitor project health & safety processes, culture, and behaviours, ensuring compliance with the Safety Management System and personally attending any serious incidents. Proactively manage and monitor programmes, change process and financial reporting to ensure commercial and relationship risk avoidance and management. Establish and maintain regular project team meetings that include risk assessment and management as key agenda items.
Develop and maintain positive relationships, conducting “fireside chats” as required and personally troubleshooting, as necessary.
 
THE PROJECT MANAGER Will:
Maintain a high-level relationship with the client and all associated professional teams.
Take full responsibility for construction of the project, Implement the Tlc-group systems and procedures Promote and implement the Zero Defects, quality initiative. Identify problems and offer solutions.
Take responsibility for strategic control of the programme. Provide leadership for SHE management.

THE SITE MANAGER Will:
Support the project manager, engineering manager and the health & safety manager. Implement the Tlc-group systems and procedures. Promote and implement the Zero Defects quality initiative. Identify problems and offer solutions. Develop detailed long- and short-term programmes.
 
OUR HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANTS  Will:
Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced. Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards. Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented. Make changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation. Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy. Lead in house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks. Keep records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements.
Record incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers.
